Ease Stay Private Limited return and cancellation policy is made available to its customers on website and they have to agree to its terms during the cancelation under the process. Customers have to click on an "Accept" or "Agree" for return and cancellation button before submitting their cancelation information. Once the order has been submitted, for cancelation, policy of cancelation shall be sent to its customers with the order confirmation email.

Ease Stay Private Limited, believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 72 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained after the said 72 hours
No cancellations shall be entertained if the booking is done for the same day.
No cancellations shall be entertained for those products/services offered with special discounts, special offers and limited occasion offer by Ease Stay Private Limited
